Our Policies
All appointments require a deposit and card on file to hold your spot. Deposits are 30% of the service you are booking. All deposits are non refundable.
You can transfer your deposit only if you reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. Your appointment can be rescheduled using the same deposit if it is before the 24 hour period. Anything after that time frame you will be subject to pay another deposit.

No call No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged full price of the service booked. We do understand things happen for last minute cancellations, so in rare cases and emergencies you will not be charged full price.

Our late policy gives you a 15 minute window, anything after 15 minutes you may be required to reschedule and pay another deposit or you will be required to pay a late fee.

For lash services make sure you are booking the correct service, 40% of lashes must be remaining for a 2-3 week fill, 20% must be remaining for a 3-4 week fill, anything after your required to book a full set. If you are not sure, text us at 843-607-4660 during business hours 9am - 6pm.
